  1. The Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy are meant to protect the interests of all parties, the merchant, the users and Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) / retail.shoppersmedia.com
  2. Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) provides Deals (each a “Deal”) and provides Discount Coupons (each a “Discount Coupon”) and Freebies (each a “Freebie”) and Lucky Draw Cash Prize to our registered members (“Users”) through our website (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, Users agree to be bound by and accept without limitation or qualification the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) – Terms on the website and on the deals, coupon, freebie or lucky draw cash prize supersedes any terms referred to here under:

AGREEMENT: Users agree: (a) to maintain the security of their user identification, password and other confidential information relating to their Site account (“Account”); (b) to be responsible for all consequences resulting from use of their Account, use of their Account by others (including minors) or unauthorized use; (c) to notify Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) immediately if Users become aware of any unauthorized use of their Account; and (d) that each username and password must be used by a single user and are nontransferable. (e) Users warrant that they are at least 18 years of age; (f) they possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) with respect to any Deals or Coupons or Freebies or Win Cash Prize Lucky Draw reserved or purchased or win in Lucky Draw on the Site or participating in Contests.
  4. REGISTRATION: For Users to be able to access the Deals offered by Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) on the Site, Users must register by completing their registration details in the manner described on the Site. SMRC reserves the right to terminate a User’s membership at any time if that User breaches these Terms and Conditions. Users must ensure that their registration details are always true and accurate. Specifically, Users must notify SMRC of any change to their registration details. Upon registration, Users must need to nominate a username and password. The access to Shoppers Media, to our website, to our product and services, you will be asked to provide true and complete registration details, including your correct age, current email. If SMRC believe the details are not correct, current or complete, we have the right to prevent you from accessing our products and services, or any of its resources and to terminate or suspend your account.

EMAIL POLICY: It is assumed upon signing up that Users agree to receive emails from Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) for the confirmation and registration of Deals, Coupons, Freebies or Lucky Draw Cash Prize and for receiving information on Deals, Coupons, Freebies or Lucky Draw Cash Prize via the Site.
  6. WIN CASH PRIZE LUCKY DRAW is an online contest solely presented by Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) where Users can participate online on Site to answer randomly asked questions. Each question will be presented with answer options for Users to choose the Correct answer from, User can participate only one time per question and submit his or her answer. The questions will be based on the latest edition of the Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue contents or advertisements. The correct answers will be collected and Ten (10) winners will be picked up in a Lucky Draw conducted internally at SMRC offices and at the end of each month and SMRC will reward each Winner with a Cash Prize as mentioned on the Cash Prize Artwork on the Site, however which will not exceed QAR 500 for each Winner of Total 10 Winners. The winners will be informed using their email or telephone number, the Prize money is non-transferrable to other than the User and must be collected within the given time duration for collection. The content of Win Cash Prize Lucky Draw and the Prize Amount may be modified from time to time by SMRC in its sole discretion. By accessing Win Cash Prize Lucky Draw Site and Participating in the Contest, Users agree to be bound by and accept without limitation or qualification of the above terms and conditions.
  7. DEAL CONDITIONS: Users acknowledge and agree that their purchase or reservation of a Deal or Coupon from Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) may be subject to specific terms and conditions which will be disclosed on the Site prior to their purchase or reservation of the Deal or Coupon. Users agree to be bound by those specific terms and conditions and acknowledge that if there is any inconsistency between those terms and conditions and these Terms and Conditions, those terms and conditions will prevail.
  8. REFUNDS: Except as required by law, a User is not entitled for a refund if the User made changes after getting the confirmation that they will receive via email. A User receives their Deal or Coupon via email if the Deal or Coupon they have purchased or reserved. If any problems occur while using their Deal or Coupon at a business, they can contact info@shoppersmedia.com.
  9. DEAL / COUPON REDEMPTION: Users can redeem their Coupons with the relevant business to receive the goods or services they have purchased or reserved through a Deal or Coupon. Users acknowledge and agree that the business, and not Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”), is the provider of the goods or services and is solely responsible for honoring any Deal or Coupon purchased or reserved by a User. SMRC makes no warranty about the standard or results of the services or products or quality of any goods or services sold through the Site. All promotional materials relating to a business’ goods or services are based on information provided by the business and its affiliates. Deals and Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash. SMRC is not responsible for any Coupons or Deals that are lost, stolen or redeemed by an unauthorized third party. Coupons or Deals must not be resold, offered for resale, duplicated, used, traded or used for advertising, deal or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade deals) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services.
  10. RESTRICTIONS: Users agree to use the Site solely for their own personal and non-commercial use. Further, Users agree not to (a) interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the Site in any way, or use the Site in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other Users; (b) use the Site for any illegal purpose or in any manner that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions; or (c ) modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the Site.
  11. PRIVACY POLICY: Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue (“SMRC”) collects Users’ personal information for registering Users for the Deals, Coupons, Freebies or Lucky Draw Cash Prize and for processing payment or reservation or at the time of awarding the Lucky Draw Cash Prize if the Deal, Coupon, Freebie or Lucky Draw Cash Prize is released. SMRC uses information for three general purposes: to customize the advertising and content Users see on its pages, to fulfill User requests for certain products and services, and to contact Users for new Deals, Coupons, Freebies or Lucky Draw Cash Prize. SMRC will not sell or rent a User’s personally identifiable information to anyone. SMRC will only send a User’s personally identifiable information to other companies or people when: (i) we have the User’s consent to share the information; (ii) we need to share the User information in order to provide the product or service the User has requested; (iii) we need to send the information to companies that work on behalf of Shoppers Media Retail+ Catalogue to provide a product or service or Freebie to the User. (Unless we advise otherwise, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.); or (iv) we respond to court orders or legal process.
  12. RESERVATIONS CANCELLATIONS: A Site Coupon will be considered redeemed once a User has made a booking, reservation or appointment with the business to which the Coupon relates. If a User makes a booking, reservation or appointment with a business but fails to adhere to it, the Coupon will be considered redeemed unless the relevant business agrees otherwise. For claims that cannot be excluded or restricted under consumer protection laws, the liability of SMRC for such a claim will (at retail.shoppersmedia.com) option and to the extent permitted by law) be limited to: (a) in the case of goods: (i) repairing or replacing those goods; or (ii) paying the cost of having those goods repaired or replaced; and (b) if the breach relates to services: (i) resupplying those or equivalent services; or (ii) paying the cost of having those services resupplied.

  20. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.

SEVERANCE: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions or portion thereof, is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible by law to give effect the intent of the Terms & Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
  22. NO ASSIGNMENT: These Terms & Conditions and rights granted, and obligations undertaken hereunder may not be transferred, assigned or delegated in any manner by a User.
